BlackBerry addicts 'should take short breaks'

Britons should all take a holiday from their work and leave the BlackBerry at home, one newspaper has urged.
Taking time off work can be beneficial to health, Adharanand Finn, writing for the Guardian, said.
However, the need of some people to constantly check their messages, emails and the office means that holidays may not always be the relaxing breaks they should be.
Mr Finn advised that for those individuals who really cannot bear to be away for a long period, going on several short breaks may help.
One destination stressed-out workers may wish to visit is Slovakia, which takes around two-and-a-half hours to fly to from the UK.
"There is no point expecting BlackBerry junkies to go cold turkey or you will get more stressed worrying about what could be happening," Brendan Quinn, from a mental health clinic, told the publication.
Britons who cannot leave technology alone might want to use the iPhone application which allows visitors to Bratislava to explore the city, armed with a vast amount of information to help them get around.
