Eurozone cruising 'a good choice for Brits'

Britons on a budget may find taking a cruise within the eurozone is a cost-effective way to enjoy a break, it has been said.
Although the euro and sterling exchange rate is currently sluggish, the Passenger Shipping Association (PSA) says taking a cruise within the eurozone means that Britons can use their sterling on board.
Slovakia joined the eurozone in January this year, which means that many travellers could decide to take a cruise down the River Danube and take in the sights of the country.
"There is sustainability in a cruise holiday in that it provides accommodation, entertainment, food and also multiple destinations as you are going to different areas," said Penny Guy, a spokesperson for PSA.
According to the PSA, the number of individuals booking cruises has increased.
Britons who take a cruise down the River Danube can not only enjoy the Slovakian countryside, but can also take in the sights of Austria, Hungary and Romania.
