Discover man in Bratislava
An exhibition has come to Slovakia which portrays man as an individual and a species, it is reported.
The Slovak Spectator reports that members of the Friends of Photography Club of the Central European House of Photography have all taken a different stance on the subject matter, with the new photography exhibition - Man In Focus - the result.
And the news resource claims that one common theme running through all the pictures is the desire for the photographers to hold a mirror up to themselves.
"Though the motifs are varied, they are mostly inspired by mundane, everyday situations, or simply a moment," the article continues.
The exhibition will be held at U Cerveneho Raka City Library Summer Reading Room until September 9th.
And photography fans may also be interested to learn that Mountains and Panoramas and Mountain Paradise are offering a special break in the Tatras mountains which will see visitors learning more about what it takes to take the perfect snap.
